Hello Everyone,
I hope you all are having a good week so far. This term has flew by. To two exercises I thought have been more beneficial to me are visualization and meditation. Although, all of them I really liked, I can always see myself doing the visualization or meditation at times when I need it. I think as long as I practice these exercises in times of need, or just incorporate them into my daily routine, I will have my mental fitness. One thing I did try was visualization at work during my break. It was really nice taking my mind to a happy place and for about 5 minutes, I thought I was somewhere else. After that, I felt refreshed and it really made it easier to get through my day. Another example I think would be beneficial for me is doing meditation before work. I know people that do this, and it makes them more alive. You can really tell the difference between the people that do these exercises before they come to work or even get a work out in, than the people that don't. The people that don't look very tired and they just look like they are dragging through half of the day.
